The Bangor City Forest
The Bangor City Forest will be in full fall swing, with beautiful foliage throughout every trail. There is a “Bog Walk” on an elevated platform trail, and several other trails that vary in length (with no trail being particularly difficult - flat terrain). This place holds a special place in our heart as we used to walk there frequently with our beautiful Ruby girl.
Stephen Kings House
While you cannot currently tour the historic house, there is still a lot to take in and photo opportunities to be had! Beware of the clown in the storm drain.
Bangor Waterfront
Take a stroll along the Bangor Waterfront and take in a view of the Penobscot River! There are food trucks, restaurants, and stores all within walking distance. Across the river is the Brewer Waterfront!
