Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Answer
Both the cermony and reception will be taking place indoors at the Metropolis Ballroom.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive around 4:00pm to make sure the wedding ceremony can start promptly at 4:30pm.

Where should guests park?
Answer
There is free parking in the covered garage adjacent to the venue. 22 S Vail Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60005

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?
Answer
There will be a shuttle provided before and after the event for those staying at the Courtyard in Arlington Heights. If you choose to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Mount Prospect, there will not be transportation provided.

Are kids welcome?

While we do love all your little ones, we politely request adult attendance only.

What is the “Welcome Party”?
Answer
We're hosting an event at Peggy Kinnane's the night before the wedding! We will have a dedicated space with limited seating, light buffet-style appetizers, and a cash bar. Drop by for a little bit, stay for awhile, or feel free to rest up for the party the next night instead - Attendance is completely optional.

What is the “After Party”?

This is an informal continuation of the reception; If you're looking to help us keep the party going, follow the bride and groom to the various bars of downtown Arlington Heights! (We will be starting at the "piano bar" located in the same building as the ballroom).
