FAQs

If you have any other questions please reach out to Heather Fraser, 602-793-9517.
Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those children in the wedding.

Question

Are you having a welcome party?

Answer

While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests, we will be having an Intimate Rehearsal Brunch for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Brunch you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM so plan to arrive by 4:00. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is complete, no exceptions.

Question

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (April 1st), it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, with the sun shining. Make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. We will move inside for the reception.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typical Mid-May weather in Arizona is an average of mid-90's during the day and cooler weather of mid-60's in the evening.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an hour long cocktail hour with an open bar of beer and wine following the ceremony, and a cash bar during the reception.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We would love our loved ones to get dressed up for our wedding day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear a formal dress and men a tuxedo or suit. If you have any questions, what to wear, please see the references below. *No strapless dresses please https://www.marthastewart.com/7871616/wedding-guest-attire
