Please note: Transportation is provided for all hotel guests. Our buses will pick up guests from BOTH the Hampton Inn & Suites and The Best Western Plus and drop off at Valley. The buses will also drop off after the reception at BOTH hotels. Please note: if you are NOT staying at the Hampton Inn but would like to join us for our late night drinks & debrief: please do, but the transportation service ends at drop off to your designated hotel.
