Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is allocated parking in the Alta D' Tagaytay compound but you will need to walk to the venue, which is a challenge if uphill. It is advisable that seniors, PWD, pregnant women, and children are dropped off either at the hotel lobby wherein a shuttle can bring you (starts at 1PM).

Question

What do I do if there are no more seats in the chapel?

Answer

Please take note that our ceremony will take place in a chapel that has a limited capacity of 140pax. Priority will be given to the entourage and their immediate family. In case you arrived and there are no more seats available in the chapel, you may head back to the lobby of the hotel, or enjoy the view outside until the ceremony ends. Thank you for underrstanding!

Question

What time will the cerermony start?

Answer

We would like to respect everyone's time so please take note that the procession will start at 2:00 PM promptly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have indicated the number of guests we have allocated for you on the invite we provided. Thank you for understanding that there is a limit on the number of guests we can accommodate due to the venue and budget restrictions.

Question

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

We all love your children, but due to necessity rather than choice, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue. The only children attending are those part of the entourage. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Question

What happens if I am unable to RSVP on time?

Answer

In case we do not receive a response, we consider that you won't be able to join us by default. As such, we may have reallocated your seat(s) to other guests. You may contact us to check if that is the case or if there are still slots. Please do not go to the venue without confirmation, or else you may be refused entry into the premises. Thank you for understanding.

Question

I RSVP'd YES, but I can no longer come...

Answer

We understand that there may be unforeseen changes in circumstances, we ask that you let us or our coordinator know as soon as possible so we may reallocate your seat(s) accordingly. Thank you!

Question

I RSVP'd NO, but I will now be able to attend...

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible, but do understand that we may have already reallocated your seat(s) to another party. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the same number of seats or one at all. We'd be more than happy to check availability of seats, but please do not be offended if we really won't be able to accomodate you.

Question

Do you have a gift preference?

Answer

We'll be starting our married life in a very tiny condo unit, so it would be a challenge to fit another set of plates :) If you're considering a gift to help us in our journey, a contribution to our savings/honeymoon would be lovely!

Question

What time will the reception start?

Answer

Registration starts at 4PM wherein appetizers and refreshments will be served. During this time you can enjoy the view and take lots of pictures. Make sure to find our walking photobooth so that you can also have a professional photo taken anywhere at the venue! The program will start at 5:00 PM, and we estimate food to be served by 6:00 PM.

Question

Am I allowed to take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our dream wedding is a solemn ceremony where everyone is fully present without any distractions coming from gadgets. Don't worry we will be sharing all photos that will be made by the professional photographers we hired to capture the most important moments. Right after the ceremony, we won't hold you back from taking pictures. In fact, we highly encourage everyone to snap away and share your photos via social media using the hashtag #OfficiallyMAIfaMELy #AkingTahananMelAtMai
