Here’s to forever! ♾️

Hi everyone!! We’re Nick and Maia, and we couldn’t be happier to have all our favorite people come together to celebrate our love story as we start this exciting new chapter. We can’t wait to share this special day with you! How We Met: Believe it or not, even though we both grew up in the small town of Davis, CA and attended the same high school, our paths never crossed. It wasn’t until we matched on Bumble (like everyone else meets these days!) that fate finally brought us together. Maia was home visiting her family during Christmas break when we first connected (matched). Little did we know, we had mutual connections all along, including Nick working with Maia’s childhood trainer! Which brings us to our first date... The Beginning of Our Relationship & Falling In Love During Covid-19: After both finishing college in the Fall, we had only been dating for 3 short weeks when the world was about to change with the onset of COVID-19. What started as uncertain times quickly became a blessing in disguise for us. Instead of being apart, we spent the lockdown together, discovering new hobbies, cooking, and getting to know each other's families (very well haha); We quarantined between each other's houses. While many were confined to their homes, we made the most of our time together—traveling wherever we could, exploring nearby hikes, taking road trips to new places, and flying across the country. In those challenging months, our bond deepened, and we fell in love faster than we both could ever imagined. Our shared love for adventure, laughter, and deep conversations brought us closer every day. In fact we practically did not spend a day apart from each other for the first 3 years! Our Future Together: As we look to the future, we’re excited to continue building not just a home, but a family together—filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. This includes our puppy, Archie, whom we rescued last summer! Our hearts have grown even more, and we can’t wait to see what life brings us next. Thank you for being a part of it!
