When is the RSVP date?

We ask that you please RSVP before September 30th, 2022.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it hang loose!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block at The Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge, NY. Please check the Accommodations page for info.

When do I need to book a hotel by?

Please note, our hotel block will close on September, 27th 2022.

Is there hotel transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided from the hotel to and from the ceremony.

Will transportation be provided to and from the reception?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available to bring guests from the hotel to the reception venue at 5:15pm. Transportation will also be provided back to the hotel after the reception.

Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Will transportation be provided to and from the Portly Villager back to the hotel?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided to the Portly Villager from the reception venue. Unfortunately, a shuttle will not be provided back to the hotel for those that wish to continue celebrating the bride and groom at the Portly Villager. We recommend calling an Uber of Lyft to get you home safely!
