We are so excited to get dressed up with you! We ask that guests stick to a cocktail or semi-formal attire. Please no sweats, jeans, or sneakers.
We need all RSVPs no later than August 1st, 2025. If guests do not RSVP by the given date, they will be marked as not coming. Although your presence will be missed, the couple cannot add guests after the above date.
We have a shuttle available for guests that will take guests from the hotel to the venue, and back to the hotel after the wedding. For those not staying at the hotel, there is plenty of parking at the venue. NOTE: if planning to take the shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony, guests should call the morning of our wedding for early check-in. The first shuttle will be departing the hotel to go to the venue at 3 PM. There will then be a shuttle departing at 3:15 PM, and the last shuttle will depart at 3:30 PM sharp in order to ensure enough time to find a seat for the 4 PM ceremony. Guests arriving on the first or second shuttle are encouraged to enjoy a welcome drink at the outside bar that opens at 3:30 PM prior to the ceremony.
If you would like to stay the night please see the travel section of our wedding website! We have a room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Lancaster that guests can book using the link in the travel tab or calling the hotel. If planning on staying, feel free to book your room ASAP! PLEASE NOTE: be sure to edit your stay for September 6th ONLY if planning to only stay one night. The hotel block is for the entire weekend, so changes must be made if only planning to stay Saturday night. Book by August 7th, 2025 to receive the discounted room block price.
Although we love all of the littles of our friends and families, our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only. Our flower girl, Lucy, will be the only exception. Thank you for understanding!
Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. When going to RSVP, if a plus-one is included in your invite their name will appear below yours. We look forward to spending this day with our closest friends and family!
