We have reserved several different blocks to be able to accommodate as many of our guests as possible. Please book using the information below by the dates specified to receive the discounted rates. Rooms must be booked by calling the hotel, cannot be booked online. This weekend is also the local university's graduation, so rooms will fill quickly outside of our blocks and are significantly more expensive outside of our block rate. All hotels offer complimentary breakfast and are within a 10-15 minute drive of the venue.

Pets are not *supposed to be left alone in the room* so please bring crates and only well behaved animals. The pet fee is an additional $25. Rate is $139 plus tax.
