7:30 PM
Guest Arrival
Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 7:30 PM to allow time for parking, seating, and photos
8:00 PM
Appetizers & Reception Begin
Appetizers will be served poolside as guests mingle and enjoy the evening
All guests must be inside the poolside area by now. Please do NOT be late
The Bride and Groom will be making their grand entrance at this time. Please make way and ensure you are not blocking any entrances or pathways
9:00 PM
Guests Seated for the Main Event
Guests will be invited into the wedding hall for the formal program and celebration to begin
Please do NOT block any entrances and remain seated so the Bride and Groom may make their ballroom grand entrance smoothly
This will be followed by family dance performances, speeches, games, and cake cutting
10:00 PM
Dinner is Served
After dinner, the dance floor will open and you are welcome to enjoy dancing, music, and all other amenities at the venue
