What should I wear to the events?

Answer

For Thursday's wedding, we recommend western attire in vibrant colors that complement our garden theme. On Saturday, we warmly invite guests to wear traditional Indian clothing if they feel comfortable doing so. Please avoid wearing white on Thursday and red on Saturday.

Are the events indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Both of our celebrations will be held outdoors, and we’re so excited to celebrate under the open sky with you! For Thursday evening in Temecula Valley, it can get a bit chilly after sunset, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable. We also suggest choosing footwear with the outdoor setting in mind (think grass, gravel, or uneven ground).

Where to buy Indian clothes?

Answer

Indian attire is not required - if you are looking to rent Indian attire, we recommend AllBorrow, an Orange County–based rental company, and use code: mahiandjoshwedding for 25% off. Another option is Boomie, which offers beautiful South Asian clothing rentals online. Prefer to buy? Some great online retailers include Lashkaraa, AZA Fashion, Manyavar, and Etsy. If you’d rather shop in person, you’ll also find lovely options at clothing stores in Little India located in Artesia or throughout Southern California.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask if you know you will not be able to make it to either event that you please let us know 'Cannot Attend' as soon as possible. The RSVP deadline is Feb 28.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are keeping our celebration intimate and personal surrounded by our closest loved ones. We kindly ask that only the individuals listed on the invitation join us. Thank you for your understanding.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

Thursday Ceremony begins precisely at 4:30 PM. On Saturday, our ceremony will take place at 11 AM, with guest arrival for pre-ceremony rituals commencing at 10 AM.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is conveniently available at both wedding venues. For the Thursday wedding, you can leave your car overnight at the venue and retrieve it by 10 AM the following day. For the Saturday wedding, detailed parking directions for the private event parking will be provided closer to the date.
