Mehndi: outdoors, colorful, and likely messy in the best way. Wedding day: outdoor ceremony + indoor reception at the same venue. For the outdoor events, choose your footwear wisely. The grass has claimed many stilettos before you.

What is the dress code?

Mehndi dress code = festive + colorful + dance-approved. This is not the day for neutrals or stiff formalwear, it’s a day for joy. Nikkah + Reception attire: dress your best . South Asian formal wear (sarees, lehengas, sherwanis, kurtas) or formal Western outfits are perfect. One look to take you from ‘I do’ to ‘I’m hungry’.
