Where is the venue located?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Brentwood Farms in Locust, N.C Signs and parking attendants will be in place to help direct guests. 105 Brentwood Farms Dr. Locust, NC 28097

Is this event BYOB?

Answer

Alcohol will not be served during our event. Due to restriction of the venue, please respect our wishes and do not bring your own alcohol. We hope you can enjoy this occasion regardless of the beverages served!

How early should we arrive to the venue?

Answer

We ask that guests plan to arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Those of you who are local, know how Charlotte traffic can be on the weekends. Once the ceremony begins, any late guests will not be allowed seating.

Are there accommodations for traveling guests?

Answer

We recognize that a few of our guest will be traveling from out of state, or across the state to join us. If that is the case for you, please let us know in advance (preferably when save the dates are sent) if you would be interested in overnight accommodations. We will send recommendations for hotels / VRBO houses available in the area!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Keep in mind, both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The reception will have cover with fans. We are encouraging a semi formal look, but please lean towards comfortability! Please aim to not wear any light or deep pink colors, as those will be worn by the bridal party.

Can I bring a date?

Guests will know the amount of seats reserved on their behalf when invitations are sent. If you did not receive a "plus one" and would like to bring one, please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know if we can accommodate!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are requesting to keep our special day limited to adult guests only. The exception being those included in the wedding party. While the venue is beautiful, there are hazards (fire pits/ ponds) that may pose risk. We encourage parents to use this as a fun date night!
