Transportation
Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for all hotel guests.
The bus will arrive at the hotel at 4:00 PM to begin boarding, and it will depart promptly at 4:15 PM. Please make sure to arrive on time, as the bus will leave without any latecomers.
Similarly, the bus will return to the hotel from the venue at 10:30 PM to start boarding. Again, please be on time, as the bus will not wait for late arrivals.
Guests who miss the bus, either to or from the venue, will need to make their own transportation arrangements.
