I met Joseph at my first high school party in the summer of 2010. I was drug there by a best friend who conveniently disappeared upon arrival, which left me alone in a house full of strangers. I was visibly nervous as I watched Joseph and his friends take photos of one another on a digital camera (yes, we are THAT old!). Joseph looked over and asked if I would like to take a photo with him. I looked at him thinking boy is this kid weird asking to take a photo with a stranger, but oddly enough my body told me to get my ass up and take that damn photo! The rest was history and to this day, that photo's location remains a mystery.

I was at one of my friends house parties. My friends and were taking pictures of ourselves when I looked over and noticed a girl sitting alone on the couch. I had never seen her before, and before I could think what to say I was already asking her to take a picture with me. Little did I know I would be asking that same to marry me 10 years later.

The soon to be couple were celebrating Kelsey's 27th birthday with a group of friends down in wildwood NJ. Joseph escorted Kelsey down the beach closest to the water, where he popped the infamous question. Wildwood has always been an important area to the couple. Both Kelsey and Joe have been visiting the jersey shore since birth and both families have a home located there. They frequently spend their summer's there together sharing an endless amount of precious memories.
