“My love waits there in San Francisco. Above the blue and windy sea" on a rare sunny day in January in the Outer Sunset, Maggie and Patrick walked along Ocean Beach until they found the perfect spot to lay a blanket down to enjoy their coffees and Irish soda bread from Andytown Coffee. Four hours deep in conversation and having the best first date ever, they both left with plans for a second date, big smiles and slight sunburns. Four years later and with the addition of the cutest golden retriever, Indy (short for Indiana Jones), they are still enjoying Andytown Coffee and living by Ocean Beach in the Outer Sunset where they first met. Maggie and Patrick share a love for finding the best new restaurants in town, baking sweet treats, unwavering loyalty to the Giants, drinks and darts with friends at the Pig & Whistle, and trips to Tahoe. Over the years together, Maggie and Patrick have made San Francisco home, sharing many cherished memories with friends and family. On their four year anniversary trip, Maggie, Patrick, and Indy took a drive up to Sea Ranch and stopped along the coast at Salt Point State Park, a place special to Maggie and her family. They spent many years of her childhood camping there in the spring time and enjoying the beauty of Northern California redwoods and foggy beaches. From the campground, they took a walk down to the cove with Indy in stride. On the secluded shore with the gentle waves ebbing and the sun peaking through the clouds, Patrick proposed to Maggie! Filled with tears of joy, Maggie and Patrick swung around in each other's arms, while Indy's main interest was in the ocean where he begged for a swim. The moment they drove away from the cove and back on the road up to Sea Ranch, it began to rain and continued to pour for the remainder of the trip. Like their first date in January four years earlier, the sun shined through on this rare occasion, at the right moment and they left with the same excitement of what’s to come. In search of the right venue for the big day, they found Vine Hill House in Sebastopol during one of their drives in Sonoma and fell in love with the beauty of the redwoods, apple trees, and rolling vineyards on the property. The best of Northern California all in one place. We can't wait to have you all there as we exchange vows and begin our lives as newly weds. We are so excited to share this day with you and look forward to dancing the night away under the redwoods with all of our favorite people. Love, Maggie & Patrick
