It all started during Halloween of 2015. I was out with a few buddies at Barcocina in Fells Point. Coincidentally, Sarah was also there with some of her Baltimore/Towson friends. I happened to know one of Sarah's Towson friends and connected with their group (with my eyes secretly on Sarah). I had pointed out to some of my buddies that I thought she was super cute, but I couldn't get any air time at work when I passed her. Part of my costume that night was a polaroid camera. I was able to get everyone to do a group photo(see pictures). I printed it out and completely forgot who I had handed it to. Fast forward a year later in October of 2016, I received an email from Sarah with a subject line "look what i found in my car". Buried within the email was the picture from that night with Sarah right next to me (I was in the center). From there, Sarah and I emailed back and forth through work email as we both worked at Under Armour (I finally had the nerve to get her cell phone # as I didn't know where it was going quite yet). I would like to point out that it took 4 years for me to catch her eye at work :). Once communciation heated up, I invited her for our first date at "Of Love and Regret" in Canton. The rest is what we like to say....history!
