Transportation Shuttle to & from Wedding

The Shuttle is a 40 Passenger Bus from Varsity Travel (the best charter company that takes us to all our away games) - trips will be first come, first serve! Shuttle Pick-up & Drop-off location: Holiday Inn Express 142 Foxridge Ln Winchester, VA 22603 Transportation Schedule TO THE WEDDING: First Pickup from Hotel - 2:40pm Second Pickup from Hotel - 3:20pm Transportation Schedule FROM THE WEDDING: First Pickup from Venue - 8:30pm Second Pickup from Venue - 10:00pm

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Are Children Allowed?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only. Even the best parents need a break sometimes! Take yours at our wedding which has been planned with an adults-only crowd in mind.

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

"Summertime Southern Attire" Women: those who'd like to wear a dress we suggest sundresses, sandals, wedge heels or cowgirl boots for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: feel free to wear a dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional. Alternatively, nice blue jeans accompanied with boots and a button down are also acceptable.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45PM to allow time to park, enter the venue & find a seat. Due to pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 3:55PM. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted.

Will the Ceremony & Reception be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The Reception will be in the barn!
