Discounted hotel rooms are guaranteed until July 15, 2024. After this date, you can still book a hotel, but it will be at the standard Disney rate.
We hope all of our guests are able to treat our wedding as their own magical vacation, which means staying at a resort that fits you! While we have guaranteed rooms at Coronado Springs and Grand Floridian, you can use the link below to book any hotel at Disney. If available, a wedding discount will be applied to the rate, though this is not guaranteed. If you want the on-property experience at a trusted brand, we recommend the Swan & Dolphin Hotels by Marriott. Though they are not Disney owned, they are considered deluxe resorts and entitle guests to the on-property benefits, such as transportation and early magic hours. In addition, there are a plethora of chain hotels nearby, though they are off property and do not provide regular transportation around Disney. One of these is the Courtyard Buena Vista, which we had a good experience at when we stayed last winter.
Please RSVP to all events by July 15, 2024. If we do not hear back by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.
The closest airport is Orlando International (MCO). We recommend booking flights around 4 months out, which would be May. Flight schedules have been changing frequently as travel adjusts to post-pandemic, so be mindful that the further out you book, the more likely there will be a change.
We have so many recommendations in this area! We recommend arriving 15 minutes early, as it is about a 5 minute walk from the lobby to the ceremony location and we will start promptly at 9:30 AM.
Disney offers complimentary bus service to get around the entire "world." While you can use this to get to our events, the most time effective option would be to drive or take a ride share. With the bus system, always plan for at least 45 minutes of travel time if trying to get to a hotel (theme parks are typically 15 - 20 minutes). For the Welcome Party and Ceremony / Brunch, you can take a bus from your resort to the Magic Kingdom. From there, take the Monorail to the Contemporary Hotel (first stop) or the Grand Floridian Hotel (third stop). You can also walk from Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary (10 minute walk). For the Fireworks Party, you can take a bus from your resort to Epcot and head to the back of the park. You can also enter through the International Gateway, which is accessible from the following hotels - Boardwalk, Yacht Club, Beach Club, Swan & Dolphin, and via the Skyliner Resorts - Caribbean Beach, Riviera, Art of Animation & Pop Century.
The ceremony will be outdoors and brunch will be indoors. The fireworks dessert party will also be outside.
All locations are accessible by wheelchair. For those with walking limitations, the Fireworks Party is a far walk from the front of the park.
