Rates start at $227 per person per night. Rate is per person per night based on double occupancy and is all-inclusive. Minimum length of stay is 3 nights (4 nights required for rooms with double beds). Kids 0-3 are free; 4-12 are $49 per night; 13-17 are $109 per night. A deposit of $100 per person is due to book your room and you can make additional payments anytime. *Please keep in mind the rate listed above is per person for DOUBLE occupancy (two people per room). If you would like a single occupant room the starting rate is $454/night.

Yes. All guests must be booked under our group with our travel agent in order to attend wedding events. Please do not book directly through the hotel or any third-party website. Guests are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya (4 nights required for rooms with double beds).
Yes. In order to attend our wedding events on the resort and avoid paying a fee, your room must be booked with our group through our travel agent. We have secured a group rate for our guests that already includes all fees and taxes.
Unfortunately, there is a very high chance you will not be permitted on the property and will not be able to attend the wedding or any events.
You can reserve your room anytime from now until March 1st, 2023. We recommend reserving as soon as possible since there are a limited number of rooms in each price tier. Please reserve your room by March 1, 2023. Reserving by this date will allow us time to add additional rooms to our block if needed. All payments towards your room must be submitted before March 31, 2023.

This is an all-inclusive resort which means all food, drinks, and taxes are included. There are additional charges for premium drinks, spa treatments, and excursions.
No. Guests are able to book flights on their own. The only thing that must be booked through our travel agent is your room.
Yes. You can take a taxi, rent a car, or reserve private transportation from one of the many companies in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area. Please note there is no Uber/Lyft. Roundtrip transportation can also be arranged through our travel agent for $60 per person.
That is up to you! Please keep in mind that children are only allowed on the family friendly side of the resort. If you are bringing children, please let our travel agent know when booking your room.
