7:00 pm
A welcome dinner of Tacos! Please let us know your dietary restrictions/needs.
3:00 pm
The ceremony is semi-formal, we want lots of photos with all of you!
The ceremony will be by the gazebo in the backyard of the home, and won't be longer than 20-25 minutes. This is April in New York so having a coat/warm layer might be helpful. We'll also have platters of sandwiches (plenty of GF bread options) at the house while we're all getting ready.
4:00 pm
Head inside (or to the porch- weather permitting) for some beer, wine, mocktails and cocktails! We'll want tons of photos with everyone before and during this time.
6:00 pm
There will be a catered dinner at the house after the ceremony, followed by music, drinks, and cigars! Late night bonfire with s'mores, obviously. Menu: Snacks: Perogies, Salmon Dip, Marinated Cucumbers Salad: Spring Wedge Mains: Chicken Schnitzel with green onion mayo, Kielbasa with maple mustard, Sweet and Sour Kraut, Vegetarian Golumpki, Toasted Fingerling Potatoes
10:00 am
Pajamas/comfy clothes are welcomed and encouraged.
Recovery brunch, no Sunday Scaries for any of us! Brunch at the house- pastries, coffee, Breakfast Casserole (a Southern delicacy), and more.
12:00 pm
Casual/comfy
We'll have a few options for this day. Depending on energy levels, we can walk through the quaint downtown area in the Catskills, head to a local brewery (Rip Van Winkle Brewing, Left Bank Ciders), or a winery (The Vineyard at Windham, Hudson-Chatham Winery, Whitecliff Vineyard and Winery), take a walk on the Hudson River Skywalk, check out the Husdon Athens lighthouse, or lounge around and enjoy the house, game room, and patio.
6:30 pm
We'll regroup for a casual dinner of BBQ from a local restaurant at the house.
9:30 am
Pack your bags, and wish us farewell as we head to Buenos Aires for our honeymoon on Tuesday! Feel free to head home at any point this morning (10am at the latest), or the night before. Let us know your travel plans and how we can help.
