When do I have to RSVP by?

Where is the ceremony and what time?

Answer

The ceremony is set for July 2, 2025 at 5:30 PM MST, it will be held at the Maroon Bells Amphitheatre (Maroon-Snowmass Trail, Aspen, CO 81611).

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Since our wedding is outdoors, we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and choosing shoes that work well on grass/gravel!

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is an intimate celebration with fewer than 50 guests, so not everyone will have a plus one. If you do, your plus one will be listed on your invitation or included as "Guest" on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list small!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be a child-free celebration.

Will you be reserving a hotel block?

Answer

We do not have a room block reserved and do not plan on having one, we recommend checking Airbnb or VRBO for accommodations!

Question

Is transportation provided to the ceremony site (Maroon Bells Amphitheatre)?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle picking up from a designated location at a specific time. If you are not renting a car, please let us know so we can account for you on the shuttle. Shuttle information will be communicated to people who are accounted for, if you have not talked to the bride/groom about needing to be on the shuttle, please do so. Pick-Up: 4:30 PM — Shuttle departs from Laurelwood Condominiums (640 Carriage Way, Snowmass Village, CO 81615) Stop #1: ~5:10 PM — Arrive at Maroon Bells Amphitheatre Drop-Off: 6:15 PM — Depart Maroon Bells and head to Limelight Aspen (355 S Monarch St, Aspen, CO 81611) If you plan on renting a car, let us know—we may have a parking pass available for you! You CANNOT access the ceremony site without a parking pass.

Am I hiking up to the Amphitheatre before the ceremony?

Answer

No, it’s a leisurely 5-7 minute walk to the ceremony location.

Where are the bride and groom staying?

Answer

We will be staying in Snowmass Village and recommend it as a great area for accommodations! It is a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Aspen.
