Grab a sandwich from Eddy's Market, or mediterranean from Park Gyro, then head to Hippy Hill and watch some drummers. Or walk from the Conservatory of Flowers to Stow Lake where you can rent paddleboats. Really can't go wrong, the entire park is so beautiful. On Sundays be sure to catch the Roller Bladers showcase at the 6th Avenue Skate Park before the Conservatory of Flowers.
The Mission District is home to lots of amazing Mexican food. Walking up and down Valencia and picking a random place to eat has yet to do us wrong (our current favorite is Puerto Alegre). We also love Community Thrift (623 Valencia St) for treasure hunting! End the day with some people-watching at Dolores Park.
This is our favorite Dinner Date Night! Get on the Marfuku Ramen waitlist (it'll text you when they're ready for you) then check out all of the fun Japan Center Mall shops while you wait. After ramen head towards the other end of the mall to UJI Time Desserts for Taiyaki, the fish shaped cake ice cream cone pictured above, where you can choose from yuzu, lychee, and matcha flavors.
Our favorite location for sunset walks. Amazing views of the bridge, the bay, and sometimes dolphins! One of the most gorgeous landscapes in the city. This spot is pretty close to our wedding venue, if you have time before the ceremony this spot is perfect!
