Yes! We want you at both the ceremony and reception. We are not doing a full mass, so you can expect the service to be around 30 minutes.
We request that you wear formal attire: mid length or floor length dresses for women and suits for men.
The ceremony will start at 2pm. While there is plenty of parking at the church, please arrive between 1:30-1:45 to be seated before the ceremony begins.
Our ceremony will be from approximately 2pm- 2:30pm at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Grovetown. There is a break of about 2 hours until the cocktail hour starts at 4:30pm at the River Room at St. Pauls church in downtwon Augusta. It is about a 30 minute drive between the venues. Please check out our "Things To Do" page to fill your time between events and if you are staying in our block at the Marriott, it is a quick 5-10 minute walk down the riverwalk to get to the venue!
There are parking lots on both sides of St Paul’s Church, as well as some street parking. Enter the building from either of those SIDE doors and go up the big staircase. If you want to walk from the Marriott, we suggest walking on the river walk in which case you can enter from the terrace at the back of the church- you won’t miss it!
