Maggie and Diana grew up next door to each other and "officially met" when Maggie had chicken pox around 9months old and Mrs. Wittenberg wanted Diana to catch them- that was sometime in 1989 and the rest is history! From the million sleepovers, to playing club soccer, to trips Up North, to the thousands of hours spent playing Barbies and/or Mario Party- these two have been best friends for over 35years and counting!
Jennifer Theodore

Jennifer is Maggie's first cousin and pseudo older sister! The girls grew up together (along with fellow bridesmaid Stephanie) singing, dancing, and "performing" as the "Dixie Chicklet's", which is also the name of their text thread. Both girls went to University of Illinois and were in the same sorority, which really helped Maggie settle into college. They got to go to school together for two years and they loved every minute.
Stephanie Dubuque

Stephanie is Maggie's first cousin and is 11 months younger than her. As the third member of the Dixie Chicklets, Stephanie and Maggie grew up together and were often paired together for various activities. Stephanie also went to the University of Illinois and was in the same sorority (yes, that means the Dixie Chicklets got ONE whole year together in school and sorority!).
Barb Nelsen

Barb has been Maggie's bestie since they met at the PHS JV Poms try outs at the age of 14. Barb was with Maggie on Poms all four years of high school, and they continued their journey as besties to the University of Illinois and beyond. Barb and Maggie lived near each other in the city and had a blast going out, making new friends, and generally living it up.
Kylie Stober

Kylie was Maggie's mentee in January of 2020 at RSM, and within the one month of being able to work in person together they were already more than coworkers. Then came the pandemic where both of them started their work from home lives. Although they no longer work for that company or together, Kylie and Maggie are both thriving at their respective firms and chat almost every day. They are thankful the pandemic brought them together as besties.
Courtney Hilgart

Courtney is Maggie's sister-in-law and has been a part of the Bobus family for over a decade. She is the momma of Dawson, and fiancé of the bride's oldest brother Justin. Courtney has been such a vital addition to the Bobus family and Maggie couldn't imagine their family without her.
Wayne Underwood
Best Man
Wayne is Ryan's dad and go to for anything music or home reno or life advice or pretty much anything. Wayne and Ryan were able to spend a lot of quality time living next door to each other in Marseilles, where they renovated a tiny home together and were able to spend quality time doing so. Wayne also was able to get to know Maggie very well as she lived with Ryan in Marseilles for a half a year. Many nights during that time they were able to sit around a bonfire and shoot the shit together. Ryan couldn't think of a more perfect person to help him celebrate a new marriage than Wayne.
Justin Bobus

Justin is Maggie's older brother and the eldest child of Sandie and Jim Bobus. Justin is Dad to Dawson and is the fiancé of Courtney Hilgart. Justin and Maggie grew up loving the cabin, boat life, and generally spending time with family. The two also went to college together at the University of Illinois where they attended together for 2 years. Justin moved west to Scottsdale, AZ and has been loving being a Dad to Dawson for the past year.
Jack Bobus

Jack is the younger brother of Maggie, who was 5 years old when he was born. This meant that Maggie had a built in baby doll for life! Jack and Maggie played together a lot with their bestie Diana (MOH) in the summers whether it be teaching him things in "school" or him teaching them a few things playing Mario Party for N64. Jack and Maggie have a special bond because of this and share a love of dogs, video games, weird names for people, ice cream, pringles, and more dogs.

Jen and Ryan are coworkers who quickly became good friends after meeting each other. They share the same sense of humor, love going to concerts together, and ultimately help each other through the trials and tribulations of corporate America. Jen has been a solid shoulder to lean on and both Ryan and Maggie love having her in their lives.
