What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the starting time! The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm on the Veranda Lower Terrace at The Sagamore Resort.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Summer Formal Attire We excited to celebrate with our friends and family in style! Gentlemen: Please wear a suit and tie. Seasonal summer tones, elegant dark hues, and classic black are all welcome. Ladies: A floor-length gown or a elegant midi dress is perfect for the occasion. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing light yellow. Let’s make it a night to remember — dressed to the nines and ready to dance!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully request that guests do not take photographs during the ceremony as professional pictures will be taken throughout the day. We invite you to relax, enjoy the moment and we'll gladly share these images with you after the celebration

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code for your wedding welcome party

Answer

Women should opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi look. We will be outside on the water, so please dress accordingly. For the gentleman, cocktail attire, suits with collared shirts with or without ties are fine. Think floral and Tommy Bahama We look forward to seeing everyone in their lakeside cocktail party best!
