NYC Area:
The most direct route is either to drive or on the Hampton Jitney North Fork line to Greenport. There are plenty of trips each day!
There is also an LIRR train which runs from Penn Station or Grand Central to Greenport
Airports:
Both the Hampton Jitney and LIRR are easily accessible from JFK, Uber or a car service are also an option - it's 90 minutes without traffic!
Flying into Islip is also an option - there are fewer flight options but it's great if you want to rent a car
