Can I bring a date?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your part size, inluding whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understand and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony?
Answer
There is a parking at the church as well as plenty of parking on surrounding streets. Please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow ample time to park and be seated.

Is there a ride to the reception venue?
Answer
We want to be sure all our guests have a safe, fun evening. There will be a shuttle to bring guests from the Hampton Inn to the venue. There will also be shuttle services leaving the venue to return people to the Hampton In. There is also plenty of parking at the venue should you choose to drive, however, there is no overnight parking.

What’s the shuttle schedule?
Answer
There will be a shuttle to bring guests to/from the reception venue. The shuttle will depart from the Hampton Inn in Cazenovia at 4:30PM. There will be a shuttle to return guests from the venue to the Hampton Inn. Shuttles will depart from the venue at 9:00PM and 10:00PM. Shuttle WILL NOT stop at other hotels, please plan accordingly.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occassion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day. Your understanding means the world to us and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Question
Will it be cash bar or open bar?
Answer
We will have an open bar available for guests. Due to liquor license laws, the venue is not able to serve “shots” - please be understanding with the bartenders. Additionally, the venue does not allow “BYOB” - we asks that guests be respectful of the rules of the venue. There will be plenty of beverage options for everyone’s taste as well as non-alcoholic options!

Will there be vegetarian/vegan options?
Answer
Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be indoors in St. James Roman Catholic Church in Cazenovia. The reception will be in the Skyline Lodge which has air conditioning. There is an outdoor deck/patio area at the reception venue
