Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors at Whispering Pines Lodge. The reception will take place at Aviston Legion Hall.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We've worked hard to create an intimate celebration, so only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation says "+1" or includes a guest's name, then yes - we'd love for them to join!

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 1:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 12:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating. The reception is open to guests starting at 3:15 PM while the wedding party takes pictures. Guests will begin eating at 4:00 PM promptly.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st so we can finalize seating and headcounts. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date, it will be marked as 'No.' We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

The reception will end around 11:50 for Quinn and Maggie to have one last, private, dance.

Yes! Please visit the travel section of our website for more information. If you call and mention the 'Belva Wedding', there is a discount at Seasons Inn and Suites.
