There will be a bus for guests who indicated on their rsvp, to and from the Hyatt in Morristown. Services like Uber/Lyft from the venue are typically not readily available, so if you know ahead of time that you will be driving yourself and DO NOT plan on utilizing the shuttle/bus please keep this in mind and allow for travel arrangements back home after the reception is over. THE BUS WILL BE DEPARTING FROM THE HYATT PROMPTLY AT 4:15.
Yes! As stated in the "Transportation" section as well as above, a bus for hotel guests and anyone parking their car in the hotel garage has been arranged. It will be the same bus for both. If you plan to park in the garage, please feel free mention our room block name to receive a discounted parking rate.
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP by May 10th. After that, unfortunately any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.
Our ceremony will begin at 5:30. Due to timing requirements stated by our venue, we ask that you arrive as close to 5:30 as possible. Venue coordinators will ensure that guests will have plenty of time to find a seat and get settled prior to the ceremony beginning.
We kindly encourage that guests who are planning on staying at the Hyatt using our room block have their accommodations reserved/confirmed by May 21st. If you book your room after that date has passed, the hotel cannot guarantee that there will be open rooms available, and will not be able to apply the discounted rate.
We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, their name will be listed on your invitation. We appreciate you understanding.
