We love your sweet babies so very much, but we want this to feel like a vacation for you. Unless specified on your invitation, please book childcare and put your party shoes on!
The wedding is black tie attire. Meaning, tuxes for men and long dresses for women. When planning women's footwear, please note that the cocktail hour and reception spaces are turf grass.
The welcome party is beachy cocktail attire... Meaning you may want to dress up a bit, but we'll also be on the beach! This could be breezy dresses for women and linen for men.
The Ritz does provide shuttles that take guests back and forth from the beach club to the hotel. However, we will have special buses waiting outside of the Ritz hotel at 7:15 to bring Woods wedding party goers to the welcome party, and then back to the hotel at 9:30. You are free to catch a ride whether or not you stay at the hotel. Otherwise, the beach club is easy to Uber to and from. If you choose to drive, the beach club has a valet service.
