What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be seated in the church no later than 1:45!

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! The hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport. On the big day we will have shuttles for you to use if you so choose. The timeline is as follows: two shuttles will depart the hotel at 1:15pm and will bring you to the ceremony. Those same shuttles will bring you back to the hotel until it is time to party at 4:30pm (note if you are in the bride’s or groom’s immediate family you will take a separate shuttle directly to the venue for photos). The shuttles will return to the hotel at 9pm and 10pm.

Do I have to use the shuttle?

Answer

Nope! If you prefer to drive, that is totally fine. The church and venue have ample parking. Also note, if you end up having one too many drinks at the reception, you are welcome to shuttle back and pick up your car in the morning.
