What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage all guests to arrive early! We suggest arriving anywhere between 15-25 minutes early.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We want all of our guests to be present in the moment. The greatest gift that you can give us is to be fully present as we say our vows. We will have an amazing team dedicated to capturing photos and videos, so we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that no pictures or videos are taken during the ceremony until it is announced to do so. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like! Thank you in advance for respecting our wishes!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up for the occasion! This will be a formal event; floor length / ankle length dresses, tuxedos, or suit & ties. Florals and pastels are encouraged (as long as the base of the dress is not white). No t-shirts, shorts, jeans, sneakers, cowboy hats, or baseball caps please! Please refrain from wearing colors that are reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, or cream. Need some dress inspiration? Dusty blue, pale blue, and gold!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. Please refer to your invitation to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are plenty of parking spaces in the main parking lot of the venue.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. It will all take place in the same venue. Please keep Florida weather in mind.

We are traveling to Florida from another state, what airport should we fly into?

Answer

The closest airport to the venue is the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. It is located about 20-30 minutes from the venue.
