Jefferson Underground is a unique venue that includes both an indoor reception area and huge rooftop space! We will host our wedding ceremony outdoors on the rooftop, as well as the following cocktail hour. We will then move indoors to the reception hall for dinner and dessert around 7:00pm. Dancing will continue back out on the rooftop outdoors around 8:30pm. Please bring appropriate attire for the temperature that evening! If it is raining on October 1st, we will get creative and move all parts of the evening indoors to the reception hall area and spread out across multiple rooms to be safe.
Of course! If the weather doesn't cooperate on October 1st, we will post an update on the website day-of and let you know that all parts of the evening have been moved indoors. Don't worry, a little bit of rain won't rain on this parade.
As of right now, the venue does not require masks but we want this wedding group to feel as safe as possible. We encourage you to wear a mask indoors or outdoors if that is your preference and is the best option for you. We will update everyone if masks are required in St. Louis city on October 1st. We will have disposable masks and hand sanitizer at the venue. We just ask that everyone operates as safely as possible and is respectful of this amazing group! If any venue, vendor, state or city regulations change due to COVID-19, we will update our guests immediately on this website.
Yes! Your children are welcome to attend the wedding and reception. Just email us to let us know if you plan to have your little one(s) with you during the reception so we can accommodate enough seats.
Probably.
