While we love your children, we are unable to accommodate kids who are not listed on the invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us at the reception. You are welcome to bring them to the wedding mass! Breastfeeding babies are welcome at both the Mass and the reception.
Please RSVP by Friday, May 16th, 2025. Please note, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one it will be noted by either their name or "and guest."
Please arrive to the church 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Mass will begin promptly at 1:30 pm. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served starting at 4:30 pm at Cherokee Ranch & Castle.
Due to our guests staying at a variety of locations, transportation will not be provided to and from the Mass and reception. Please drink responsibly and have a designated driver prepared for your group. Thank you!
There will be a grand exit to send off the newlyweds! We encourage you to stay until the end but understand if you have to leave early.
Formal. Tuxes, suits, gowns and cocktail dresses are welcome. Military seasonal dress uniforms acceptable as well.
There will be an hour and a half between Mass and cocktail hour. You can stop at your hotel or other accommodation to freshen up. Otherwise, please see our "Things to Do" page to find a list of local things to do during that time! Please arrive to the reception on time at 4:30 pm to optimize your time with amazing views from the castle. We encourage you to take advantage of the docents and tour the castle to learn more about the history of Cherokee Ranch. Be sure to climb the spiral staircase to the tower for panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains! Many of our guests are traveling from out-of-state, so the altitude will be an adjustment. Hydrate early and frequently! Please drink alcohol responsibly and have a designated driver for your group ahead of time.
