What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 in the afternoon so a 3:45 arrival time should be sufficient. Please note that the drive to Kathwood from Irmo is 80 miles and about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. A Shuttle will be available to take guests to and from the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Augusta to the venue

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is both parking at the hotel and at the venue which are only 15 minutes from each other. However, there is plenty of room for parking at Kathwood and ushers will direct guests where to park their cars. All guests will enter from the Jackson Highway entrance.
