Residence Inn: One shuttle will depart at 4:45 p.m. from the back lobby entrance. Omni: Two shuttles will depart at 4:45 p.m. from the side entrance on Water Street. For guests who prefer to leave the reception early, shuttle service will be available at 9:30 p.m. The final shuttles will depart the reception at 11:30 p.m. and return guests to both hotels.

CHO is the closest airport to the venue and all hotel options, with a ~20 min drive from the airport to downtown.

RIC airport is another option for those traveling in from smaller cities. The airport is around an hour and a half from downtown Charlottesville and hotel options.
