FAQs

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

All parts of the wedding are accessible for those using a mobility device.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

After wedding invitations are sent out, an RSVP page with a deadline will open up on our website where guests may RSVP at their convenience. Included with the invitations is a QR code or website link to go directly to the RSVP page for convenience.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire.

Question

Can we take photos and videos?

Answer

We ask that phones be put away during our ceremony so that guests may be focused on the present; we have hired a wonderful photographer who will be capturing the moment. We're happy for guests to take photos and videos at our cocktail hour and reception!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

There is parking at the vineyard and you may leave your car overnight if needed. If you are staying at one of the listed hotels, you can take the provided shuttle.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5. We recommend you arrive no later than 4:45 to ensure you are in your seat before it starts.

Question

What transportation are you providing?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from each of the hotels we have a room block in. In addition to the shuttles to take guests to the ceremony, the shuttles will continue to be available to take guests back to their accommodations at the end of the night for those staying at the listed hotels.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you have been given a plus one, your guest or members of your party will be listed by name when you RSVP. Unfortunately due to size limitations, if a guest is not listed beneath your name, we will be unable to accommodate them.

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

We will have a selection of passed appetizers and a crostini bar during cocktail hour. At the reception, dinner will be served family style with all tables getting the same courses. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Outside alcohol is not allowed at the venue and may result in the party ending early. We will have wine, beer, and cocktails onsite for all guests.
