Am I invited to the welcome party?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see you before our big day and spend as much time as possible with everyone. Please let us know on your RSVP if you can attend so we can get a headcount. Beverages are provided but no food, so please make sure you eat dinner beforehand!

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

Dressy casual - dresses, jumpsuits, skirts, dress shirts for men.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, and so are jackets, dress shirts, slacks, and dressy jumpsuits.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:40 PM to be seated. The ceremony will start promptly at 2 PM!

What should I do in between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Feel free to use this time to freshen up at your hotel or enjoy the city of Charlotte! Shuttles from the hotels to the VanLandingham Estate will start at 4:30 PM.
