Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes - Shuttle service will be provided on the wedding day between the Omni Barton Creek hotel (room block) and The Arlo, with return transportation following the reception. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:45pm to bring guests to the ceremony!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 5:00-5:15pm. Transportation will have guests arriving to The Arlo around 5:00pm, and the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire. Ladies — cocktail dresses, midi, or long dresses are perfect. Gentlemen — dark suits and ties.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! All of the evening’s events will take place at The Arlo.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Answer

If you prefer to drive, The Arlo offers onsite parking with 120 spaces available for guests.

We love your kiddos, but we hope you’ll join us in enjoying a night off to celebrate together, adults only. We so appreciate your support and can’t wait to see you on the dance floor!
