To help us plan accordingly, please RSVP as soon as you’re able. The final deadline to RSVP is April 11th, 2026. Unfortunately, if we haven’t received your response by then, we’ll have to mark you as a ‘no’—as we’re required to give our venue a final guest count in a timely manner. To RSVP, simply click the tab at the top of this page and enter your name—you’ll be able to respond for your entire party. If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out!
We're so excited to celebrate with you, our dress code for this wedding is formal attire. If you’re ever unsure, it’s always better to be a bit overdressed than underdressed! For Women: Floor-length gowns, midi dresses, and long jumpsuits are perfect for the evening. Heels are recommended but keep in mind there will be some walking and dancing. Since this is a spring/summer wedding, all colors are encouraged. We ask that you do not wear any white, cream, or light pastel colors. For Men: A suit with a dress shirt and tie or bowtie is ideal. You’re welcome to wear a tuxedo if you want to elevate your look, but a well-tailored suit will fit the vibe beautifully. Dress shoes are essential. Please do not wear any jeans or overly casual attire.
Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 5:30 PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Out of respect for the ceremony, late arrivals will not be admitted—we don’t want you to miss this special moment!
Parking will be available on-site at Sandlewood Manor. If you plan on enjoying drinks during the celebration, we kindly encourage you to plan your transportation accordingly. Your safety means the world to us!
If you're unsure whether your children are included, please refer to your invitation for details. Additionally, our venue requires that all children be supervised at all times. Please note there is a pond and pool on site. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one , they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the formal invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people addressed are in attendance.
Yes and no! Our ceremony will be held indoors in the chapel on Sandlewood Manor’s property. Cocktail hour will be a blend of indoor and outdoor spaces around the manor house, and our reception will take place in the indoor ballroom. While most of the festivities will be inside, we encourage you to enjoy and explore the beautiful grounds that Sandlewood Manor has to offer!
We kindly ask that all phones be turned off during the ceremony to avoid distractions and allow our photographers to capture the moment without interruption. Once cocktail hour and the reception begin, feel free to snap as many photos as you'd like—we’d love for you to share them with the bride and groom afterward!
Yes, We’ll have drinks waiting for you! There will be a fully stocked bar available during cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. We want you to have the best time—so the drinks are on us… but the hangover’s on you! Cheers!
We’ll be providing alcohol and have a professional bartending service taking care of all beverages throughout the evening. In accordance with our venue’s policies, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the property (sadly, including any shooters). We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to raise a glass with you!
