Mimslyn Inn: Shuttle services will be provided to the venue at 03:45 PM and 04:30 PM. Be sure to sign up for spot when you check into the hotel lobby. Shuttle services will be provided back to the hotel at 10:00 PM, 10:45 PM, 11:45 PM. Airbnb/VRBO: Please let us know the address of your rental to determine if our shuttles will be able to provide pick up/drop off services! Hawksbill Lodge: Shuttle services will be provided to the venue at 4:15 PM and 4:30 PM. Shuttle services will be provided home with first shuttle at 10:00 PM & last shuttle at 12:45 AM. Shenandoah Woods Cabins: All cabins should plan to drive or carpool to the venue and drive home OR leave your car in the lot overnight (parking space for up to 80 cars). Shuttle services will be provided to ALL Shenandoah Woods cabin guests following the reception with first shuttle at 10:00 PM & last shuttle at 12:45 AM. Late night folks (after 1am) will need to fend for themselves- please consider walking or coordinate a safe ride home! Ceremony/reception: Once at the venue, guests will walk a brief distance from the parking lot to the ceremony and reception areas. Golf cart transportation will be provided for guests with limited mobility or mobility differences. Please reach out to Gabe or Maggie with questions!

Yes- there is parking available for up to 80 cars. Cars can be left in the lot overnight.
While we love your little ones and wish they could all come to celebrate, our venue has limited capacity. If your child's name is on the invitation then they are invited, otherwise we can only accommodate infants who can sit on your lap.
The dress code is cocktail attire, but really just come in whatever makes you feel like celebrating! The ceremony and reception will be held outside with inclement weather options, so consider grass, gravel and potential winds when outfit planning.
