The welcome party will be a one-hour cocktail hour held on the premises of the resort. Location is still to be determined and will be provided closer to the wedding date!

Semi-formal
As formal invitations are received please RSVP and let us know your plans by June 20th, 2026. We will provide transportation to and from the wedding venue. Although we have the venue until 1 am, we will have a shuttle bus that will depart the venue earlier in the night for any family and kids.
Guests Arrive
4:00 pm
Shuttles will be leaving the resort at 3:30 to take guests to the wedding venue which is approximately 30 minutes away. Please plan to be ready in the lobby by 3:15.
Ceremony
4:30 pm
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible.
