We met on Hinge, just two people looking for something real in the middle of New York City. Our first date was at a cozy bar in the East Village called Little Rebel, on a night when the rain poured endlessly. But even with soaked shoes and frizzy hair, the night was perfect. Maggie, a California girl at heart, and Colby, a proud Atlanta native, somehow found their way to each other in a city that wasn’t home to either of them, but quickly became the home to their love story. In the chaos and beauty of NYC, we found something rare: a feeling of peace, familiarity, and the kind of connection you only come across once in a lifetime.
