We're getting married!

It all began back in middle school when Cody and I were just 12 years old. I had recently moved to McDonough from Valdosta, and Cody still likes to joke that I was a little tough on him at first. But hey, a girl's gotta keep her guard up, right? As we ventured into eighth grade, Cody courageously decided to ask me out by writing me a song and playing it on his guitar. While I found him cute, I wasn't quite ready to dive into a relationship. So, I gracefully turned down his musical proposal, much to his dismay. One of our most cherished memories is the day Cody asked me to be his girlfriend. It was in the Sonic parking lot, where Cody, high on the thrill of his new car, worked up the nerve to pop the question. We still joke that his car and our relationship have the same anniversary, forming a trio of love, laughter, and horsepower. Throughout the years, our shared love for concerts and video games has kept us bonded and laughing. From jamming out together at concerts to battling it out in video games, every moment with Cody is an adventure filled with laughter, questionable dance moves, and love. Let's not forget the moment when Cody proposed in the mountains - talk about reaching new heights! Surrounded by nature, he went all out to create the most perfect proposal. It was a true reflection of his love for me and his willingness to put up with my endless antics (bless his heart) As we look ahead, Cody and I dream of growing old together, still young at heart and madly in love.
