This is the main hotel block for our wedding weekend, and where we will personally be staying. We hope as many people as possible will join us in staying at this hotel! Rooms will only be held through August with limited availability so please book your room as soon as possible to be sure you will have a spot in our block. We want to make sure we have an accurate guest count, so please be sure you use the URL we have provided here to be sure you are included in our block. You can also call 1-888-240-7773 and ask for the Barber/Hodges block. The Fairmont will also be the pickup and drop off location for bus transportation on Saturday to our wedding venue.

Bus Transportation between Fairmont Hotel and Ceremony/Reception

In the spirit of wanting everyone to have a great time at our wedding, we have arranged for bus transportation to and from our wedding venue. So please leave your car keys in the hotel and come ready for a party! Buses will load at 4:45pm outside of the Fairmont. Note: Buses will remain available to take guests back to the hotel as needed throughout the evening.

As a courtesy to our guests, we have blocked off rooms at the Hilton Austin as well. This discount code will only be valid until August 27th so please book your room as soon as possible. Please also remember if choosing to stay here that all transportation will pick up and drop off from Fairmont.
