FAQs

The Wedding Website of Maggie Harlan and Bailey McDonald
Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Attire: Formal — with a pop of color! We’d love for the ladies to wear colorful formal dresses and for the gentlemen to wear suits. Please keep in mind that both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so plan your footwear accordingly. P.S. Major bonus points if your outfit is thrifted!

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

As we’re planning multiple events to celebrate our wedding, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our vendors. The final deadline to RSVP is November 1, 2025. If we haven’t received your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to count you as a “no.” Please head to our RSVP page to respond to each event you’re invited to. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and we kindly ask that guests arrive between 2:45 and 3:15 PM. Please note: the venue’s driveway is located close to the ceremony site. To preserve the flow of the event, any cars arriving after 3:15 PM will be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes before entering and joining us at cocktail hour.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation or RSVP includes “and guest,” then you are welcome to bring a plus one. Due to limited space and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those formally listed on your invitation attend. If you do not see a plus one indicated, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate an additional guest. If you’ve received a plus one, you’ll see their name (or “and guest”) when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are my kids invited?

Answer

If your children are invited, their names will be listed on your invitation. We hope this celebration can be a sweet opportunity for a date night or a weekend getaway. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the event intimate and joyful!
