Rafting Brown's Canyon

1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Guests planning to participate should come prepared with a swimsuit or quick-drying clothing, secure footwear that can get wet, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, and a towel and change of clothes for afterward. Independent Whitewater will provide all necessary rafting and safety equipment.

For guests looking to extend the celebration with a little adventure, we’ll be heading to Brown's Canyon National Monument for an optional afternoon of whitewater rafting with Independent Whitewater. The trip departs at 1:00 PM from Salida and lasts throughout the afternoon. Before or after the trip, guests are welcome to gather for food and drinks at The Drift-Inn. If you are interested in joining, please contact Independent Whitewater directly to make your reservation and payment. Be sure to ask to be added to the “Michelini Wedding Party” group when booking.

Red Rocks -

These shows are rain or shine!

For guests extending their stay and looking for another fun group outing, Ziggy Marley and Stephen Marley will be performing at Red Rocks Amphitheatre during wedding week. If there’s enough interest from guests, we may organize a party shuttle to and from Breckenridge so everyone can enjoy the concert together safely and stress-free. Let us know if you’d be interested in attending!

Rehearsal Dinner

Casual mountain attire, it gets cold once the sun goes past the mountains be aware!

Join us for a casual evening of light bites, drinks, and great company before the wedding festivities begin. We’ll gather on a beautiful rooftop for sunset views, relaxed conversation, and a chance for everyone to meet and celebrate together before the big day. Whether you’re just arriving or already in town, we’d love for you to stop by, grab a drink, and kick off the weekend with us.

Wedding

We’re celebrating in a stunning mountain setting, so we suggest Mountain formal attire that’s both chic and practical. Layer up for warmth and wear shoes suitable for rocky terrain. Embrace mountain-ready elegance, look fabulous, stay comfortable, and enjoy the view!

We’ll be serving light hors d’oeuvres and small plates throughout the evening, and an open bar will be available with a curated lineup of drinks. Come ready to nibble, sip, and celebrate with us!

Backyard BBQ Brunch

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us the day after the wedding for a casual farewell BBQ! Enjoy burgers and hot dogs grilled by Jake and Zack, relax with friends and family, and spend the afternoon playing a few yard games and soaking in the mountain air!
