We are currently working with the church to ensure the ceremony is spaced out for everyone's safety and comfort. All guests during the ceremony will be required to wear masks and are asked to please adhere to your party's designated seat in the Sanctuary. We will provide sanitation items and masks for all bus riders to and from the reception. Masks are highly encouraged during the reception! Most importantly, we ask all guests to please be mindful and to respect the physical distance needs of others so we can all feel comfortable enough to celebrate!
There will not be transportation provided to the ceremony, however, there will be a shuttle provided to and from the reception. Please see the Travel page for more information.
There will be plenty of parking at the church for the ceremony however, parking at the reception is limited. Therefore, we are encouraging all guests attending the reception, who are comfortable doing so, to please use the shuttles provided to attend the reception. Masks will be required on all bus rides! There is plenty of parking at the Hilton in Short Pump, where the shuttles will be picking up and dropping off.
Unfortunately the hotel cannot guarantee and early check in prior to the event. However, it does not hurt to call them the morning of and ask! PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. Regular check in time at the hotel is 3:00 pm. Ceremony starts at 4:30 pm and it's about a 20 minute drive from hotel to church.
Cocktail, please :) Think cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. But we want you to feel comfortable! So if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. The barn is heated and very warm but it will be December, a jacket or sweater is always a good idea!
We love your kids- we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
