The attire for the Wedding is Semi-Formal/Cocktail (that means no ties required). The reception will be held on the water in Bristol, as such guest are encouraged to mix in any coastal and garden attire. Be mindful the cocktail hour will take place on the lawn and ground may be uneven.
Yes! For those still in town, you are welcome to join the newly minted Collinses at their hometown beach for a casual Rhode Island beach day. Please bring your beach chair and towel, we will supply the picnic lunch. There is plenty of parking at the provided address, see you there!
Yes, absolutely! Not only will our wedding be peak RI summer season, but there may be bridge delays that could cause some extended travel times. We were just informed that the Mt. Hope Bridge is currently slated to be shut down for paving and repairs from Aug. 14th through the 18th. This will not hinder any of the official wedding plans but may cause detours for those coming from Portsmouth/Newport and may reroute those coming from South Eastern Mass/Cape Cod. The Washington Bridge in Providence continues to see construction; however, time will be accounted for with the bus departure on Friday.
